Anton Visser
As CEO of Cubex, Anton Visser is responsible for setting the company’s overall direction and shaping it into the leading provider of supply management solutions for the dental and veterinary market. A seasoned entrepreneur, Anton brings nearly 20 years of business management experience to Cubex, many of these years spent in the high tech sector. Anton has co-founded and successfully grown three different companies by pioneering point-of-use (POU) supply chain management technology in the manufacturing, office supply and health care industries.

In 1999, Anton co-founded Nexiant and evolved the company from a narrowly focused provider of dispensing cabinets for the office supply industry to a full-service provider of industrial inventory management solutions. Today, Nexiant includes some of the world’s largest manufacturers on its growing list of supply chain management customers, including: Alcoa, Owens Corning, American Airlines, John Deere, U.S. Air Force, Air Canada, General Motors and Chrysler, to name a few. Prior to Nexiant, Anton was with Cardinal Health where he served as Director of National Accounts responsible for selling the Pyxis point-of-use solutions to healthcare providers.

Steve Foster
Steve Foster has more that 30 years of executive business management experience including 20 years in technology related businesses. As the initial Chief Financial Officer of Pyxis Corporation, a company focused on automating the storage and distribution of and reporting on drugs and supplies in health care, Steve’s responsibilities included raising capital, arranging lease financing, financial reporting and contract negotiation. After the company’s successful public offering in 1992, it was subsequently purchased by Cardinal Health in 1996. At that time, Steve assumed the role of Vice President, Corporate Sales, which included developing and managing relationships with group purchasing organizations and large integrated health networks. After Pyxis, as CEO and COO, Steve ran or was part of developing hardware and software focused on the automated retail and kiosk marketplaces.
Boivin
As Executive Vice President, Michael Boivin is responsible for execution of Cubex "Go to Market" strategy, policy and direction within the North American and International Veterinary and Dental markets, as set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors. Michael brings to Cubex over 20 years of executive leadership and supply chain technology experience within a variety of markets including: wholesale distribution, government and pubic institutions, automotive, aerospace and defense, food and beverage, oil and gas, and general manufacturing. He has participated in the successful launch of two start-up technology companies, including leadership and change management, organizational planning, management accountabilities and direct communications with Boards of Directors.

Prior to Cubex, Michael was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Nexiant, a leading software and technology provider within the industrial distribution market. Michael spearheaded North American sales, partner development, brand management and innovation and strategic marketing. Before joining Nexiant, Michael was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for KEEPFILL, Inc. an e-procurement and supply chain software start-up that successfully developed inventory management technology for the wholesale distribution market. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Technology and a minor in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University.

Highman
John Higham manages new product development for Cubex and oversees the development of Cubex interfaces. John a joined his first company, Measurex, close to inception and helped the company grow to be a NYSE company with $300 million in annual revenues. After Measurex, he joined two colleagues to raise venture capital from TVI and Kleiner-Perkins, to co-found Impact Systems. They went public in 1987, and the public company was later acquired by Voith Gmbh of Germany. Most recently John worked for Omnicell where he lead their engineering group for 10 years, then headed marketing and business development for 2 years. Omnicell has been a pioneer in the automation of pharmaceuticals and supply management in acute care hospitals. They went public in 2001 (OMCL:NASDAQ). John recently left Omnicell, to once again work with early stage companies. He is on the boards of two start-up companies at the present time, and consults with others.

John has an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University, England and an MSEE from Columbia University, New York

Jennifer Burgus
As Executive Vice President of Marketing, Jennifer is responsible for the company’s marketing and brand strategy and execution, as well as the organization’s community relations, public relations, meetings and events, Web and internal communication functions. Before co-founding Cubex, Jennifer spent eight years at Nexiant, a provider of POU solutions to the industrial marketplace, in various management roles including Product Marketing, Customer Training, and Field Operations. While at Nexiant, Jennifer spearheaded the development of new supply management features and web-based training programs which were ultimately implemented at several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Nexiant, Jennifer served as an integral part of the Implementation and Training Team for Pyxis Corporation, a San Diego-based company now owned by CareFusion, which specializes in POU technologies for the health care industry.
Scott Kruse
As Vice President of Sales for Cubex, Scott Kruse is responsible for defining sales strategy, developing new customers and strengthening Cubex distributor relationships. He brings over 15 years of experience leading sales and business development efforts in the high tech marketplace. Scott is a seasoned inventory management executive who has a proven track record in the sale and promotion of web-based software and inventory management technology.

Before joining Cubex, Scott was Director of Enterprise Sales for Nexiant, a leading provider of point-of-use dispensing systems for the industrial marketplace. He was instrumental in the development and execution of inventory management programs that that were successfully deployed within Fortune 500 companies across North America. Scott started his career in Engineering where he was responsible for the design, development, and productization of inventory management software applications which led to his extensive knowledge of point-of-use, dispensing technology

Nalick
As Vice President of Operations, Aaron Nalick oversees field operations, customer support, implementations and training for Cubex. Aaron brings over 10 years of experience to this position, specifically in point-of-use (POU) supply management technology and other various areas of the high-technology sector. Prior to joining Cubex, Aaron spent five years at Nexiant in various operations and training management roles. While at Nexiant, Aaron was implementation manager and led the implementation of several complex supply chain projects for fortune 500 companies. Prior to Nexiant, Aaron served as an integral part of a software and training team for Hatch and Associates located in Winston Salem, NC. Hatch and Associates developed software and hardware for the education industry that specialized in technology in the classroom from grades K- 12.

Eric Shirley
Eric Shirley is the Vice-President & General Manager for the Dental Division of the Midmark Corporation. A 17-year veteran of the dental industry, he held positions for Sybron Dental Specialties and Dentsply International before joining Midmark. Born and raised in Southern California, Eric has a BA in Journalism from Long Beach State University, and received his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. Eric is married and the father of four children, and lives near Dayton, Ohio
Mark Peck
Dr. Peck is a world-renowned and sought after speaker on aesthetic dentistry. He is also a regular lecturer at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and Las Vegas Dental Institute. He began practicing dentistry in 1984 and continues to practice dentistry today in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Larry Emmott
Dr. Larry Emmott is considered the leading dental high tech authority in the country. He has over thirty years of experience as a practicing general dentist in Phoenix, AZ. He has addressed hundreds of professional groups and has been a featured keynote speaker at every ADA Technology Day. In addition he is the high tech columnist for "Dental Products report" Magazine and has written many articles for national magazines on technology, computers, and management.
Shawn McVey
Shawn McVey is the former CEO and current Director of Maximum Potential for Eye Care for Animals, a Phoenix, Arizona based veterinary ophthalmology company that owns 24 practices throughout the United States. Mr. McVey is the founder and co-owner of Veterinary Specialists in Private Practice (VSIPP), an annual conference that provides continuing education for Veterinary Specialists and Administrators. He is a graduate of VMI (Purdue's Veterinary Management Institute), a Trustee and Director of the Helping Pet's Foundation and is the first non-veterinarian to be named to the Board of Directors of the American Animal Hospital Association.
